Back in the saddle with Brett Brett

Technically, I've had Shaun T's "Asylum" for about 3 weeks at this point, but because it came after the 1st of Jan. (you have to start these programs at the beginning of the month) I decided to do a second go round of "RevAbs". I first completed the program back in July, and I'm at it again ;-) What can I say I ♡ Brett Hoebel! It's a 90 day training program, and I'm currently on day 52. Today's workout is "Strength & Endurance/Merciless Abs. I call these 2fer days, because you're doing two 2 different sessions in one day. My sciatica has made a slight TEMPORARY return, but no worries, I'll CRUSH the SHIT out of it like I did before by HITTING it HARD everyday!
